Answered in a timely manner when I had questions. Took a while to get my bike, but worth the wait.
Bike has broken twice. Replaced the belt and it broke again. Support hasn't helped and it's been nearly a month since creating a support ticket.
Customer service absolutely stellar. When I checked in about shipping time (it took 4 months to arrive), customer service updated me about arrival once the equipment was in the country and double checked shipping address via a phone call AND email (got to be diligent about spammers nowadays).

Outstanding Service
Just purchased these, after moving my bike just a couple times the bearings are already breaking. Seem’s like the bearings are very poor quality. They are pretty cheap, but I would happily pay more for bearings that would last more than a couple moves of the bike……. .
Purchased an air runner in May and was told it would be delivered in June and we are now in September/October and they couldn’t tell me when it would deliver. I requested cancellation on Sept 1st and they still have not given me my money back and I cannot get in touch with anyone. Read these reviews is absolutely insane to me because it is the opposite of my experience and I don’t think I could get someone from their company on the phone if I wanted to. Don’t waste your money
Product took over 6 months to receive. Communication with customer service was very poor. We had to constantly email or call and we received different answers often.
Worked with Stephen for about an hour last night- figuring out the parts we needed to fix our older assault bike! He was so kind and patient explaining everything to us! We would not have been able to figure out the parts or understand what we need to do without him. By far the best customer service I have EVER had! Thank you, Stephen!! Assault fitness is lucky to have you on their team!
Do not buy here, awful service. The shirt is not worth the price either.
Web placed a pre-order mid April 2025 for the Assualt Runner Elite with an estimated shipping date of mid-late May. By early June we had not received any communication so we emailed customer service. They said there was a back order and delivery would be late July. By Aug 1, we still hadn't heard anything. We followed up and were now told late September. We asked for a refund since they couldn't guarantee a time for shipment. They said they would send for approval and it would then be a 7-10 day processing time-frame. By Sept 6th we hadn't heard anything. We emailed again asking about the refund. They said it was approved but they didn't have a time-frame for refund. It is now 2 weeks past the time they said our approval was approved and still no refund.

My order took a while to arrive, but it arrived safely and was what I ordered.
Communication could have been better where delivery was concerned, since I had to constantly ask for updated delivery information. Of the multiple times I inquired, I only received 1 response. It took over 6 months to get my Runner Elite and seeing the $500 off sale on the daily was annoying when I still hadn't received my equipment. I think AssaultFitness could do better with their transparency re: supply chain issues and/or delivery delays.
I am fully astounded that this company is still in business. Horrible customer service. Tried contacting within 10 minutes of placing my order, and it took over 2 weeks to hear back. Was then told my order wouldn't be shipped until November, 2 months later than what the original date was. Then asked for a refund. Refund was supposedly processed, however now I'm being told that there is no way of knowing when the refund will be processed. So no delays in taking my money, or posting on Instagram, or sharing paid ads all over social media, but you can't refund people their money? Make it make sense.
Horrible, waited for months for the pedal.
