I ordered my treadmill back in march, Order #104269. After a month of no updates I reached out to customer service who confirmed that no updates will be given until the package ships, I was told expect delivery in June. Disappointed I decided to stick it out, they even offered me 100$ off my order. June comes and goes and no one reaches out to me for an update on my delayed order. Again I call customer service and am told now to expect it August, I was frustrated but decided to wait since I really wanted the product, I was even told it’s on a ship heading here. We’re now in August, no treadmill. Again I have to call customer service for an update. I was told that all the orders back in march have been fulfilled, yet I still have nothing. After being put on hold the rep returns to tell me the package was never shipped. . not that it was still on a ship but that it was never shipped. . I’m so beyond disappointed in this not only because I could of bought another treadmill at this point but be side I bought this to cancel my gym membership which I’ve still been paying for, and also I’m upset for the lack of communication. If I never called customer service three times, no one would have updated me even though it’s almost half a year past the purchase date! So unprofessional.

I ordered my parts almost three months ago. Finally received a day ago. Received multiple inaccurate estimates of time. Parts were not noted as not being in stock on website but I was told they were AFTER I ordered then. I will likely never order from here again. I will say customer service was timely in responding to me and friendly but that was about it.
