My wife and I recently bought the Assault Air Bike Classic. After doing a lot of research, checking out reviews, and hunting for the best deal, I’m thrilled to say that we absolutely love our new exercise bike. It’s built really well, feels solid, and was easy to assemble. We also got the wind fender, which is a great addition. Being in our mid-60s, we were looking for a bike that would give us a solid workout, and this one definitely delivers. We’re very satisfied and I highly recommend it!

Minor complaint, display doesn't illustrate . But not a big deal

Sorry to say that I had to cancel the order. The price is great, however I decided to wait on this purchase because I really want the AssultRunner Pro. I tried one at an Expo and think I'm hooked. I'll put what $ I was going to spend here as a saving towards obtaining one of them. The cancellation process was straight forward, and I had great results from the customer rep Stephen. He handled the process with expertise, and got me the results I needed for this transaction.

Everything was just as advertised.

Love the bike. Support needs work. I had a loose arm, took 3 weeks to get a response. After that support would not help me because it was not visible in a video. I was forced to purchase my own tools and self-diagnose the issue. I was able to fix it by inserting an extra wave washer in the linkage arm. I also had an issue with the shroud on the seat which was broken, I did receive replacement parts but no instructions. Finally the wrenches that come with the bike stink. They are very poor quality and cause damage to the screws, especially the small one which is too big and caused me to damage the nut. Other than that, I truly love the bike.

I am following up again regarding my urgent request for a spare part – Assault Fitness Rower Pro model. Specifically, I need a set of rollers that allow the seat to move efficiently. I’ve now been trying to get in touch with your team for over four weeks, via both phone and email, and I am frustrated by the complete lack of response. As a small business owner, I rely on your equipment to deliver a high-quality experience for my clients. This delay is not only disruptive but is starting to affect my operations, and frankly, I find this level of customer service unacceptable. I am hopeful to hear a response through this method on the availability of the rollers, along with a clear delivery timeline. Assault Fitness makes beautiful equipment but without function of them, they have no purpose. Respectfully, Dexter Ridings

Not arrived yet…. FEDEX has adjusted shipping dates three times. This is just silly. Deserve a refund on shipping. Y’all need to consider a different carrier service.

I tried to cancel the order before it got shipped, nobody replied to my email and I opened multiple tickets to stop the order but that didn’t work. Bad customer service.
