Well packed, no issues with shipping

Well worth it

Wrote customer service twice to try to sort out when the treadmill would arrive. Ordered on Jan 17th, not a single update or tracking number until delivery people showed up on Feb 5th. and dropped it on our driveway. Further, it is absurd that no mention was made during the purchase that a huge and heavy treadmill is not delivered to the target room in the house and you are left to your own devices. It is currently sitting outside and we will have to hire someone to bring it in, adding to the overall cost. Regretting the purchase already.

Love the assault runner!! I have done up to 8miles on it at once and it feels great, gentle on my joints, easy to speed up and slow down.

We got the rower and the assault runner pro at the same time. The pallet was huge and was a bit difficult to move, but the guy put it right into our garage. We were home for delivery and were able to help the guy. The 2 of these together is very heavy.

Packaging was bomb proof. Estes Trucking was beyond expectations.

Outstanding treadmill. Top of the line quality and durability. This machine was built for the serious runner/ walker. You definitely use more calories than a motorized treadmill. Delivery was outstanding, exactly as planned. Driver was kind enough to help me get it in the garage. This is a very heavy machine (over 350lbs) delivered on wooden pallets so be home when delivery is scheduled or they will leave it at front door. Customer service is virtually nonexistent. The good thing is you probably won’t need it as assembly and setup is very easy. If customer support is your thing, buy from Amazon as they can facilitate returns or damages. Same price as Assault fitness site. Overall very pleased and would recommend.

Very solid piece of equipment. Elite gym quality. Outstanding workouts. Make sure you are around for delivery, service delivery was kind enough to help me move it into garage. If not, it’s over 300 lbs delivered on a pallet and left on your front door. Assembly was very easy. Up and running under an hour of unpacking and assembly. Forget about customer service or support. Virtually nonexistent. The good thing is you probably won’t need it. If customer service is your thing, buy it from Amazon and not directly from the seller. Price is the same and Amazon will facilitate returns. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend.

Easy to purchase from & the products are high quality.

Apparently, during both of my purchases of the assault runner pro my ticket was “lost”, although I got a confirmation email for the orders immediately. The order was not accepted until I contacted AF two weeks later. Even then, it took over a month to get the product. Shameful customer service. I will find another solution for my fitness equipment.

Can’t believe how quick I received my treadmill. I wasn’t expecting it so quickly. Gentleman delivering called in advance and was here when he said he would be. Very professional and friendly.

Worst experience of my life! I received the bike in the pouring rain. I tried calling the company for two months and they never returned my call or email.
