I expected more for >$70, the book is small, the layouts are limited, you aren't able to put writing on the spine. Overall slightly disappointed and will try other companies.

My daughter and her husband loved their wedding book. They didn’t have any thing done with their professional digital photographs so they appreciated it. The keepsake box arrived cracked and was immediately replaced when artifact uprising was notified. Very happy with the workmanship and customer service.

There is a reason we purchase our prints from Artifact Uprising. Sorry. . . reasons. . . not just one. The quality of paper, color accuracy, print options, email notifications, and ease of ordering. So yeah. . . I think you should use them otherwise I would not be spending time writing what can only be described as a partially grammatically correct review :)

Photo Quality: Prints frequently come out too dark, muted, and lacking detail. The matte finish dulls colors, and sharpness can take a noticeable hit. For a high-end service, the inconsistency is a major red flag. Paper Quality: Their recycled, textured paper is marketed as “artisanal,” but in practice it often feels like a downgrade. It absorbs ink, flattens images, and can even show imperfections. Value: Prices are very high, but the results don’t reliably match. When issues happen, getting a proper refund can be difficult—making the whole experience feel like a gamble. Bonus: The dust jacket covers are pretty cool and they ship on time

The picture quality, even when using professional photos that are meant to be printed still came out blurry. The front picture on the book is also lifted off of it. I will be gluing it down at some point again. I thought it would’ve laminated or atleast apart of the book especially for the price. But it looks to just be poorly glued on the front.

Top-notch customer service and the quality of the lay-flat photo book is excellent. I was somewhat disappointed the first go-around. Many of my photos are quite dark and didn’t print well on the matte paper. The customer service rep pointed out that matte paper absorbs more ink and gave me tips on editing my photos, should I want to stay with matte paper or switching to lustre paper. I chose the lustre paper and I couldn’t be happier with the way the book turned out!
