There are many challenges with planning a wedding, but choosing this service made one thing much easier! thank you, Elizabeth, you were terrific!

Overall experience was smooth. Editor is easier to use than other services, and allow for more personalized crops and fits within layout shapes. Shipping is pricey, but our album did come quickly and we'll packed so it arrived safely and in perfect condition.

Our album came out beautifully! Admittedly, I was nervous ordering as I had never heard of AU and reviews were mixed, either 5 star amazing or 1 star bad experiences, but we took the chance as I enjoyed the editor tool/layout options much more than other services I tried, and I knew our photos were wonderful quality and professional grade downloaded files. I was hoping there was no way of having any photo quality issues, as others had rincluded in bad reviews. And I am so thrilled with how beautiful everything was printed. We got the fabric cover and rose gold printed names, 10x10 size and again I'm just in love. Can't wait to display it on our coffee table! Pricing is a bit high but we got it during a sale and we were pleased!

My album turned out beautiful - the lay flat is perfect for wedding photos. I had some issues with the cover printing and customer service was excellent. They resolved my issue promptly and I would not hesitate to use AU again.

I haven't seen it personally yet, but my mom, who we made it for, loved it. My only complaint is that there was nearly a $450 difference between a hard and soft cover book. . . I don't understand why there's such a huge divide. We would have loved to make a hardcover book but couldn't afford it.

We love our book! We ordered a wedding guest book for everyone to sign on our wedding day. We are so excited to share the book with everyone and will be creating a new book after our wedding day!

My family and I are in LOVE with my guest book I created for my wedding. It was easy to create using templates and moving around the photos when needed. The book came in so quickly after ordering. We will definitely be ordering another book after the wedding!

I had a great experience with the Design Team! They did a great job with the original layout and then quickly made a few tweaks for me. The process is so easy and I appreciated that I could trust them to handle this, especially with so much to do with wedding planning! So excited to receive our guest book in the mail. :)
