A couple of hiccups came up that were outside their control, but they handled them with such grace and care that I always felt taken care of. This book is absolutely beautiful and will make the perfect wedding guestbook. We had a slight problem with the order originally and customer service was great. They quickly solved the issue and had a new one sent. Great turnaround, super user friendly website and great quality paper/pictures.

I opted to work with a designer and it was the best choice I could have made. Maria was so helpful and patient and talented. She really brought my son's wedding day to life with no stress on my part. I feel very lucky that I got to work with her and I'm sure her next clients will feel the same way.

The process was a breeze! As a wedding photographer in the height of busy season, I needed to offload album design and what a great choice that was. I uploaded images, chose and album size, color, etc and the team sent me over a beautiful mockup! I didn't have to stress about it at all and my clients are going to receive something so beautiful in a short amount of time!

I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened my photo book! The hardback cover and printing were beautifully done, and I absolutely love the size. It’s lightweight and easy to handle, which is especially important because this book is a gift for my parents and my mom is very petite. The photos were arranged beautifully, and I am extremely impressed with the quality of the pictures I sent directly from my iPhone. Everything came together better than I could have hoped for. Thank you so much for creating such a beautiful keepsake filled with precious memories. I know my parents will treasure this book and enjoy looking through it together for many years to come. ❤️

It was beautiful! Came exactly as I imagined. All the colours were perfect and bright, no washing out like I’ve had before. The customisations I made came through beautifully. Plus shipping to the other side of the world was very quick. All in all absolutely great!

This book was just gorgeous Hayley did a fabulous job and I’m so happy with her work she I gave her like a lot of pictures maybe four or 500 and she picked the absolute perfect one. She doesn’t know that yet, but she did it just the first picture of the last picture everything just made so much sense and my husband he actually loved it which sometimes when I give him something like this, he doesn’t always really look at it in depth, but he really looked at this. I don’t have a photo of it right now because I’m walking the dog but it’s gorgeous. It’s for string with a picture on the front and it says our love story, Brad and Stacy so I wanna thank Hayley. We had a rough go in the beginning, but that had nothing to do with her.

I’m so happy I added the design service! Maria was amazing to work with and I loved what she put together- knew exactly what I was envisioning just by seeing the pictures I provided. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

We were back and forth if we wanted to do design services but I am so glad we did - I truly never could have created such an awesome design and layout on my own! And not even just that, the time it saved in itself was worth it. Maria was incredibly fast - once I had my first proof, she made the edits almost immediately, and we were good to go! Save yourself the headache and get the design services if you have a large album!

SO disappointed with the book I received today. It looks as though the photos were printed on my home printer on heavier weight laser printer paper. This was a gift for my daughter's birthday and I will feel terrible giving it to her. So much time and effort wasted only to end up with this mediocre product. I expected much better.
