I was so impressed with Artifact Uprising! The photo book itself is beautiful and feels really well made, the quality and attention to detail are exactly what I was hoping for. My first book unfortunately printed much darker than it appeared in the draft, so I reached out to customer service. They immediately took care of the issue and gave me a full credit for the entire book so I could create a new one, along with rush shipping. The second book came out much better, but honestly, what stood out to me most was how quickly and generously they handled the situation. Things don’t always go perfectly, but having a company that genuinely cares about making things right makes such a difference. I really appreciated their kindness and excellent customer service, and I’ll definitely be ordering from Artifact Uprising again ❤️

Poor quality compared to the expectations and price

My daughter used Artifact for her wedding photo albums and gave me one. I was so impressed I am now using the site for my personal albums. The site is easy to use, several design layouts, and final products are beautiful.

Beautiful album, shipped on time and customer service was great with my questions! I am thrilled with how our wedding album turned out!

Very poor quality. The printing quality was strange colors and textures. The pages were so much thinner and cheaper than advertised. I spent around $150 for a book that came with the pages warped and they wouldn't give me a refund.
