Book quality underwhelming

I am so happy with the album design process! I was overwhelmed creating an album and burnt out after gathering photos. I submitted ~500 photos over several years and Maria narrowed down my selection and designed a beautiful display. She had the talent and vision to parse through and make a beautiful story with this album. I will definitely be purchasing the design option for my next album!

I used the design services to help build a beautiful album for my parents’ 50th anniversary. This was an enjoyable, smooth, and easy process; and I’m thrilled with the final product! Elizabeth was wonderful to work with, so kind and accommodating, with quick turnaround on requested edits. I can’t wait to see it all printed and in hand!

I have purchased a photo book im the past, and to keep consistency with my designs I was planning to purchase another photo book. However the process of designing and editing makes me not want to purchase another item. The site is not compatible with a mobile device, and it is extremely frustrating to use in safari. I even tried downloading the app and you cannot edit projects in the app, so I was forced back to Safari. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do if I don’t own a desktop. I am constantly refreshing the page. It is making the entire process feel 10x harder than it needs to be.

Fantastic service

The photo book was the best thing I could have ever gotten for me and my wife’s wedding anniversary. She CRIED; and she never cries. The formatting for the book for the most part happened seamlessly. I liked that there were so many different formats you could use and words you could add. I ended up adding our wedding vows in the book and I loved it. I liked how you could also format the pages and move them around as you see fit and the designs weren’t just held to what was offered; I could let my imagination run. The quality of the pages were fantastic and gave the book such a clean look with the black leather and gold inner page lining. It was a bit of an investment but the book in my opinion was worth EVERY penny. I’m sure, with the right preservation, this book will be an heirloom for our now family of four and our kids, grandkids, great grandkids will look back at this book and say what a beautiful gift it was.

Delayed shipping. Missed “guaranteed delivery” in time for Fathers Day. Customer service was kind but overall disappointed in the product. Wouldn’t buy again from this company.

I was initially overwhelmed with the idea of making a photo album for my wedding because I had so many photos and I knew it would be time-intensive to end up with a high quality product. The design/photo curation made the whole process so smooth/easy. I ended up with a book that I will cherish forever!
