I've been very pleased with the photo prints and the ease to upload, but especially the service. After I pressed enter on my last order, I realized my shipping address was an old one. I contacted customer service immediately and they were very responsive and re-directed my order to my new address. Thank You!!!!!

I’m so glad I decided to go with Artifact Uprising for my travel photo books! The covers are gorgeous and I love the assortment of color options. The embossing really ties it all together. These books look very chic and they make great coffee table staples! To top it off, I experienced some difficulties with the website while trying to design my books so I left feedback, and a member of the customer service team promptly reached out to rectify it. I will absolutely use Artifact Uprising for future photo books & prints!

No super user friendly

I ordered three Everyday Photo Books. One of the books had an issue with the cover foil. Customer Service offered to cover the cost of a replacement book, but I was still required to pay shipping. I was disappointed that the cost to replace a product with a print defect was not fully covered. Other than this issue, the books turned out beautifully.

Extremely good quality product, excellent materials and look and feel. The book I made was MASSIVE and the platform struggled near the end so it took forever to get it over the line but ultimately the quality made it worthwhile. My wife was delighted with her memory book and I would definitely use again.

I worked in the layouts for some time and greatly appreciated that my work could be saved and returned to. She pointed out cropping issues and offered to fix them. I excepted and, like magic, the photos were corrected! She answered all my questions clearly and immediately.
