The process of creating and building the album was very easy to figure out. Customer service was great and shipping was reasonably fast! The hardest part was stopping myself from adding more and more pages to my album!

The photo book was beautiful. I created a keepsake for my new daughter in law. I filled it with photos of my son from an infant until he met her. I wanted to share memories of my son. Artifact made it easy to put together the album.

Very good experience with the software to create the book and order it. Shipping was a little dicey, as there were a couple days without any updates, but it arrived on time.
