I am super happy overall! The design process took some time but I was able to craft my project exactly how I wanted & it came out to my liking. The quality is beautiful & I will forever cherish my wedding album.

I think your online tools for making a book are pretty intuitive and easy to use. I think the prices are crazy expensive. I think my book was over $150 and ideally I would’ve ordered a couple for the other people and my family, but it’s just not practical.

Shipping was fast, I had a question and it was answered within 5 min! Great company!

I wrote a book for my new grandbaby with pictures! Came out perfect, just how I wanted it! I love it and it was pretty easy to navigate!

This is a fantastic service and product! We had so many wedding pictures we love and the task of creating a book that displayed them well was daunting. The design team is excellent; we loved the two books Lauren designed for us, and we pretty much had no notes. We will be ordering an additional book as well. Such a collaborative process with great communication the whole way through.

Shipping was fast and the item was well packaged for secure damage-free delivery.

It is super-easy to get a print, beautifully framed, from Artifact. For the first time in many orders, I received the wrong print, but they promptly remedied the problem in a way that required very little on my end — just emailing them about what happened. So even though a mistake happened, I ended up with just what I wanted and I am very satisfied.

Absolutely loved this board book - arrived quickly and the quality was great. It was really easy to mock up on their website and I loved how you’re able to customize their template! The teachers at our daughter’s nursery were so impressed and wanted to know where we had it made. Will be ordering more for her as she grows
