I paid for the total setup, inspection and break in prior to delivery along with the new ride starter pack. The go kart came assembled and ready to ride but it was missing the back nuts on both wheels. Contacted sales and they sent them out priority mail. After 30 minutes of riding the intake manifold was cracked. Contact sales and they sent a new one out priority mail. After 2 hours of riding the exhaust manifold fell out and had to go to the hardware store to get replacement nuts to reattach the exhaust manifold. The response for the problems was really good and overall we are happy just a pain to get it all straighten out finally
