Packaging could have been much better. But nice bike and good service. A couple scratches, but started up right away.

I had an excellent experience with Arlington Powersports. The bike arrived in about two weeks. It arrived on a wood pallet and wrapped in shrink wrap. It was in perfect condition. Not a scratch on it. I ordered it assembled and all I had to do was install the mirrors and the saddlebags. I had a few questions about installing the top case. And Oscar answered all my questions and even sent me pictures. I don’t would definitely purchase from Arlington Powersports again and I would highly recommend them.

I would give 5 stars but it had minor damage and the battery is bad otherwise happy with it.the damage was due to the shopper imop and I think the battery should be covered with the warranty but I was told that it is NOT

Easier to assemble than the videos lead me to believe. Great experience with Arlington Powersports, friendly responsive service. Paid the extra for them to take care of Texas TTL, it was well worth it.

Very happy with the machine. Our order showed up undamaged and was able to be delivered to our door without hassle but there was little communication on status of order.

I could have driven to Dallas and picked up the machine (2 hrs) but free shipping and being at work, I agreed to ship. Received tracking email that it was delivered two days after it shipped only to find out it was delivered to a freight company in Sherman. Same distance from my house as Dallas. They refused to deliver and I finally had to drive down and get in on Jan 5th. Horrible experience!

Everything was great only thing I didn't like is the air filter hanging out side of the motor
