bought it online on a Saturday received at my home in central Wyoming on the following Friday. It was very well crated so there was no damage to the scooter. Easy process from viewing inventory ,to reviewing financing, to purchase. ARLINGTON SPORTS staff were easily reachable by phone & message. Prompt with replies. I'm in New Hampshire so shipping was an additional $250. . . it's a long ways from Texas. The shipping company had a quirky tracker program. . and they did t inform me that it was my responsibility to arrange final delivery from their Terminal in NH. I called to see where package was and easily made appointment. It arrived 2 days later. Great machine. . grand kids love it
