We purchased our spa and had it quickly delivered and set up. I had to do minimal work as they took care of everything but the water. They also walked us through the maintence process.

Love our swim spa and the service is superb. Questions are promptly answered, a few issues attended to quickly, and everything has been top notch from day one.

We do love our spa. BUT.....we had to wait a month longer for delivery than we were told. Plus when delivered, we got the wrong cover. We opted for the salt water system and the salt generator didn’t work for the first 2 months. Yes, arctic fixed everything and made it right, but it sure took a long time to get things right.

The Topside Half Moon Control Panel made the tub look new again. Of course over time things start to dim a little. This upgrade was exactly what the tub needed. Our tub is over ten years old and still looks and runs like new. Thanks Arctic Spas for producing your hot tubs, they are absolutely worth the money.

I was concerned when my wife decided that I should replace the Control Panel on our hot tub. I ordered the Topside Half Moon Control Panel, and with the instruction from the You Tube videos it was easy and straight forward. The part arrived on time and fit perfectly!!

I love my Arctic spa. It is more than 10 years old and this is the first working part I had to replace. It stilled worked but the plastic broke when it got jumped on and was Sharp. I had to replace the cover this year when it was used as a easy way to climb on the roof to get a ball. I use this about everyday because of my Fibromyalgia and I have never had a issue with it. Iwould recommend this Spa to anyone.
