Too easy. Ordered required chemicals for the hot tubing season. The kit was a convenient order that arrived in two days.

These seem to last about 5-7 years and are easy to replace if your motor won't start on low, but will on high. 10 minute swap out and away you go!

I have purchased many of these in order to replace the original jets on my Arctic Spa tub which tend to break off on the stem of the jet; I’ve almost replaced all of the 3” jets now - the 5” jets are apparently less prone to breakage. One suggestion: include stainless steel screws with each jet please.

a month late to receive and nothing but trouble. The Artci Oceam Swim spa I purchased is less than a year old and has been trouble from the beginning. Parts did not ship with it. Cover leaks , cabinet panels are so warped the trim is cracking. Cover lift doesn't support cover so I had to reinforce with conduit. It looks like trailer trash in my yard and it's been 8 months and Arctic doesn't respond to calls or emails. If the temperature drops outside to below 10 degrees I have to reset at the main electric every day. Do not waste your time or money. I'm in my 50's and I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life.

We contacted Arctic Spa Utah when troubleshooting the connectivity of our Hudson spa. The staff were outstanding with helping me via email. I contacted them from Canada based on their videos and knowledge of the system. Thank you Arctic Spa Utah for your help.
