I walked in and ordered my tub, was given a time frame for build and delivery which they missed by more than two months. I threatened to get my money back and a week later I had a tub in my back yard. That was just the beginning. I am very disappointed with their customer service and their service and repairs. I have had a ton of issues with the lighting in my tub and keep having issues. The service guy came out and didn't have the parts he needed, said he would order them and schedule am appointment to replace them. Two months later, I'm still waiting for a call. Every time I've left messages to request service, they don't call back. I end up calling them a day or two later and getting ahold of a person that tells me they were just getting ready to call me that day. The lights are leaking into the cavity behind them, so one tech smeared silicon all over one light cavity. It looks like a toddler tried to fix my light. This is not what I would expect from a company this big.

When I try to call the service department, they never answer their phone. I leave a message and they rarely return my call.

We bought the extended warranty and even though we are way out in Stansbury, they are quick to take care of any issues.

I have been highly satisfied with my Arctic Fox spa, particularly with the after sales service. I am enjoying the spa 3-5 times per week and it is working well. R. Schwartz

've had my Arctic Glacier spa for 7 years and the 5 year warranty saved me plenty of money. since then I've had to pay for repairs but they are done efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. Seattle Man

I've been a customer for a couple of years now and appreciate the great service we receive.

New 2-1/2 years ago. Our Arctic Spa is taking the tough weather at Bear Lake Idaho better then others. We lost a pump in the middle of winter, thought we'd lose the spa, but the way it's designed it stood the cold. Pump was repaired under warranty and we back and running like new. Thanks to Arctic Spa service in Salt Lake.
