They have been great and very helpful in solving problems. They gave me the tools to work the spa at the correct levels.

We needed some work done on our deck and with our electrical system in order to support the new spa, but Arctic Spas Utah made all of that really easy.The contractors they recommended came out quickly, knew exactly what was needed for the spa, and did quality work so we could get the spa installed and start using it. It was much easier than I expected it would be! We love the spa, and so do our kids.

Love the spa. Hard to get in touch with a person when you have spa issues or with an order. When you finally get in touch with a person after many attempts of the customers, they are friendly and helpful.

I blew the zipper out of my new spa cover shortly after installation. Attic spa replaced it at no charge in a week. Very impressive.

Had an issue with the way the prices were calculated on a recent sales promotion. They agreed that it was not clear the sale did not apply to their multi pack discounted items and agreed to recalculate my order. Don't believe they had to do this but they offered before I even asked. Great service!

I bought my tub from Arctic Spas about 5 years ago. They installed it in a very challenging location and have maintained it like new since. They definitely do a fantastic job. I’m a bit old school and would probably prefer to talk more than email, yet they get it all done at the highest level. Definitely highly recommended.

After a snafu with my order, they quickly replaced the item and during our conversation, realized that an additional item I had ordered was the wrong part. It was great to work with a company that was gracious and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to order from them again!

Arctic spas services my tub and others in Elko Nevada about 300 miles away from there store. Always fix things efficiently, quickly and call you before the scheduled time of there arrival. I live in a very cold climate and this is a great tub.

We have enjoyed our Arctic Spa for years, and love it even more since we signed up for the year long maintenance. Now it is always sparking clean and we don't have to do a thing but enjoy.
