Really nothing to complain about! Not to mention that the customer service was up to the task. Very good communication. Very kind and quickly providing detailed answers to each of my questions. The delivery service was also impeccable!

Hoe hebben jullie het gedaan? Ik zou zeggen conform verwachting. De verwachting is dat als ik iets bestel dat dat dan binnen een redelijke termijn geleverd wordt en dat is gebeurt maar dat is vanzelfsprekend. Dus goed gedaan maar niet uitzonderlijk.

The product is amazing. However, the delivery service could do better. Inform me in advance that that the package will be delivered and when, at least via email (if not SMS).

Does exactly what it is supposed to; significant improvement to the taste and smell of water, great product, good price point, simple to use, very happy with the purchase. Constructive criticism; the shape of the unit could be improved, small design improvements - but these are minor criticisms, overall very pleased.

I bought the Aquatru filter after researching for a while. And so far it’s been amazing. We are really enjoying our chemical free water! Thank you!
