I havent received the filter, the company keeps telling me that they could deliver, when they dont even try. Seur is the company you used and I am still drinking unclean water. . . If I had known it was going to be like this, I would not have bought the filter with you.

The package arrived earlier then estimated, everything in order. Appreciated the cardboard used to protect the items, used in the compost pile.

The water filters seem fine, although I have no way to test the water. However, I have not yet received the filter shipment. The shipper DPD-France is terrible and frustrating to deal with. Who knows if I’ll actually receive my filters. I suggest using a more reliable shipper

Products are great but are delivered without connectors to EU waterlines so one needs to send some money and time to sort that out. AquaTru was useless in getting it installed. No support and follow up. Apped through whatsapp but that just stopped so I had to get missing part to get connected at other supplier. Wish I bought whole set there. Wish they had these connectors on their site to buy!

Impossible to drink the water, very bad taste

Moving from Swiss Alps back to London a decade ago, have missed drinking great-tasting water. . . that is, until I started using AquaTru, Feels like I'm back! Now if we can only get the trains to run on time. . . ;)
