I bought the AquaTru Carafe and I am absolutely thrilled! The water is crystal clear, the taste is amazing, and the unit looks modern while taking up very little space. It’s so easy to use – just fill it up and within minutes you have healthy, filtered water ready to drink.

Very pleased with my water filter, water tastes great and it's very easy to use, our water tasted horrible before this and now we are enjoying pure healthy water, it came quickly and well packaged, would highly recommend this product

No complaints. Next time I might try non-alkaline filters. My plug plugs into an extension socket attached to the wall so the only annoyance it gives me is seemingly trying to filter backwash water when I accidentally knock it out the wall and plug it back in.

I contacted customer support twice — both times they were responsive, helpful, and resolved things quickly. Professional and courteous service all around.

Poor customer services, completely ignored 2 emails which is a shame as the product is good but it's let down but bad aftersale care.
