Malgré de multiples échanges de mails avec le service après-vente et des procédures beaucoup de fois répétées concernant l’éventualité de bulle ou de condensation sur certains capteurs, aucune solution ne m’a été trouvée et je ne sais toujours pas utiliser mon appareil. À ce prix-là, nous espérons en meilleur service après-vente. Je ne recommande absolument pas la marque.

The device works great; the water tastes like it's fresh from the mountains. It's louder than what I expected but still not too loud – I can barely hear it behind the closed door. The shipping was fast; it only took 2 days. This is the first water filter I ever tried using at home, and I find it a little annoying to always have to change the back water tank: away with the wastewater and in with the new. If I were buying again, I would probably opt for an 'on the tap' filter. Also because when we have people over, we need to refill the back tank all the time.

Water is cleaner than ever. Excellent results. I am happy as I could be!

Great service!

I recently purchased the Aqua Tru water carafe with added minerals and I’ve never looked back. The water tastes pure, clean and fresh. I am living in a hard water area but since I’ve been using my purifier my kettle has no build up so I’ve not needed to descale as often as I did before. I will never go back to drinking tap water and I’m definitely happy with my purchase.
