Thank you for replacing my former device with this AquaTru. I am very satisfied about how it works and the quality of the water. It’s a great Joy after having so many problems before.

We love our Aquatru Classic on counter water filter. It's very straightforward to use and clean and filters the water quickly. The cartridges seem to last a long time. With hindsight I wish I'd chosen the under sink model as we are constantly refilling the water tank at the back. We are a family of 4, with a pet. At the time we chose the counter top model as didn't like the idea of having to drill an additional hole in the sink. However, the under sink model would ultimately mean less day to day action. I would highly recommend Aquatru, for their excellent quality, minimal water wastage and helpful emails.

It has been more than two weeks since I ordered. Have reached out multiple times but still no answer from customer service.

Had to wait for six weeks for delivery!!!!

Teleurgesteld omdat op de website stond dat op voorraad en na betaling kreeg ik een mail met het fait dat ik beide 2,5 manden moet wachten tot ik ontvangen heb. Dit is voor de deerde keer bij mij gebeurt. Dus teleurgesteld. En bij (under the sink) er is geen mogelijkheid om te zien wanneer een filter moet vernieuwd worden. . . . . . .

Everything perfect

We have had the AquaTru reverse osmosis water filter for a couple of months. We are very happy with it. We bought it following concern about microplastics in our water supply. The process and routine of using it takes a little getting used to, but it works and is now routine. An added bonus is that it takes ALL the limescale out - our kettle has never been so pristine

All the influencer marketing made me think this was a good product, but I'm quite disappointed. It's very loud and build quality seems poor. For use by more than one person you need to refill it a lot throughout the day and then every time 15 to 20 minutes of loud buzzing. Unfortunately, customer service refuses to refund even if I indicate this within 14 days. Be aware, no money back if you tried it out for 1 minute. Not sure how that is legal. Basically, they said "though luck you don't like it, we're not gonna help". Disappointed by the product and company. Do not recommend.

Der Wasserfilter reduziert zuverlässig Chlor-, Geschmacks- und Geruchsstoffe; das Wasser schmeckt deutlich frischer. Die Filterleistung ist konstant und die Handhabung einfach.

Initially it seemed to work good but now after not even 9 months of using it it doesn’t work at all. Despite having done all descaling processes and changed countless filters, it doesn’t filter almost anything. It’s a shame, I’ll ask for a refund if I don’t t find a solution.

Nous avons bien reçu en Suisse le produit commandé après presque un mois d'attente. l'eau à en effet un bien meilleure gout que celle du lac Léman.
