Prompt response from Nicolas and extremely helpful in getting my wind chime shipped out!

The representative I was in correspondence with, Nicolas, was great. He was prompt in his response, and followed up when the items were shipped even though I wasn't expecting him to reach out once more. However, I paid for the expedited shipping to try and receive the products shortly after Christmas. Nicolas stated they wouldn't be shipped until December 23rd, the 24th at the latest. When he confirmed the shipping, they were sent on the 26th, and I'm still waiting for the items now. Because I paid the max cost of shipping, and the items were delayed in shipping, it would be nice if part of the cost was refunded, otherwise I would have just paid for regular shipping.

While I was, of course, disappointed that my package did not arrive in time for Christmas, I greatly appreciated the considerate attention that my situation was given by Nicolas Soergel, your customer support person. The delivery was received today.
