I contacted this company about purchasing a larger size handbag than was shown on their website. One young lady was assigned to help me, and she kept me informed with photos and measurements until we found exactly the bag I was looking for. The products on this site are first class, and the service is sublime.

Excellent service

Going on line, it showed that you carried Hantens. When I sent an email asking how I could place an order for two of them, your company sent back a response that you in fact don't carry them. It was confusing because you advertised that you have them and you came back and said you don't carry them? Thank you.
