Great experience ordering out new rug!

I’ve ordered over a dozen rugs from Annie Selke. I had a size issue with one . They were very fair and gracious with helping me resolve my problem. I highly recommend dealing with this company. Their customer service is A-1!

I love that this rug is beautiful and practical for my bathroom. Thinking about another one for 2nd bathroom.

Shouldn’t the pad be an inch smaller than rug dimensions? I always have to cut the pad so it doesn’t show. Pad is great, but it was more expensive than the rug!

This product and all other products purchased are simply excellent and the price point is truly appreciated during the sale. The shade is lovely. Unfortunately, the customer service experience fell short. I followed the instructions provided in a language that I did understand and left two messages requesting assistance with a shade measurement but never received a return call. I also attempted to reach someone directly without success. For a company offering such well‑made products, the lack of follow‑through from customer service was disappointing. Thank you for your follow-up on that end.
