Love the rug! It’s very pretty in my space. Shipping was super fast.

Shipping & handling WAY too high!

Great insert to go with your beautiful pillow covers!

Wish I would’ve received a notification that my custom rug had shipped. Received it today without warning… luckily we are in town. Would’ve been nice to prep for its arrival.

Rug shipped out right away, no wait. Love the quality.

The web site is very easy to use and the photos and colors are true to life. Shipping was great, especially considering a big heavy rug.

Ok

Shipping and service were great and very timely. I needed to change one of the original three rugs I'd ordered, and the agent who helped me was just a pleasure to work with. My newly ordered rug came right away, and the refund for the old one just a few days later. I was very happy with the process.

Just as described. Great seller!

Excellent

Our item was back ordered and communication about the actual shipment was hard to follow. Also, this thin rug was packaged so tightly the item was very creased.

I’ve loved her rugs for 30 years

I thought it would have more cushion, softer feel with a thicker rug pad...disappointed.

Got it customer for stair runner. We should’ve measured longer to give slack for stair runner installer but that’s our fault. Great quality, thick. As pictured. I was worried it would be like some of the negative reviews but no issues on my order

Very fast, good communication. Thank you.

Love this brand so luxurious and well made and this rug doesn't disappoint. Its soft unlike most washable rugs. I added another one quarter inch pad to make it feel thicker in my room for my taste. It's thinkness is fine as is. I highly recommend this rug and we love our coverlet that is soft and silky that we have enjoyed for years.

Have ordered from Annie Selke several times and have found the customer service, quick shipments and quality are consistent.

Everything went well with this rug shipping was I liked it very much

I love this rug! Perfect for our kitchen and seems to hid dirt very well.

Perfect packaging and speedy delivery
