The first person I talked to at customer service had no idea what to do and said they would have a supervisor call me back. I never heard anything. I emailed customer service and then received great service. Don’t bother with calling!

I like this rug very much, it's well made and very attractive. I have one complaint: the hems on the ends are very bulky and may become tripping hazards if I don't adjust to it.

I am very happy with the rug I bought. It will wear well and last well. Great quality. Fast fulfillment. I do wish, however, that a smaller piece could have been ordered to go with it for the entry door.
