I ordered the duvet as part of a master bedroom makeover. Unfortunately, I found the hand feel of the duvet to be very stiff. As an experiment, I washed the shams to see how the duvet would feel after it was laundered. Again, not a great feel and I decided to return the duvet. As as first time customer of Annie Selke, I find both the return and (lack of) exchange policy to be prohibitive. I ended up having to place another order to find a duvet that I liked more than the Keaton. The color of the re-order was off, so I needed to send part of two orders back. I called customer service hoping to make a single return. Nope, they don't do exchanges and they do not allow customers to combine returns. Altogether, an expensive first order from Annie Selke and it will also be my last.
