Bought online and the rugs do not match in color. The first rug I bought is grey as advertised and the second rug is beige and brown. I do not consider this just a different dye lots it is a totally different color.

Quality was much lower than expected. I have 2 similar Dash and Albert rugs, I love them. This one was flimsy.

Ordered four items on July 8, 2025. Two rugs were received in about five day. s. It is July 18 and the third and fourth items (2 shams) have still not been delivered.
