I’m pretty happy with my small purchase. I was able to buy it online. There was a slight communication problem with the warehouse…mainly a remote phone issue, setting up the pick up but it all went well.

Poor site navigation, restock fee on return items no exchanges offered. Overall ends up being more expensive than if you go to an outlet in person or even a chain store. Lost money here.

We bought the marble switch plates for our new house. We have not installed them yet, but we will soon. They look beautiful, and we can’t wait until we can start enjoying them.

Love the stone/ marble outlet covers… to suggest using silicone to attach the outlet covers to the wall and gently tighten the screw screws.

Very excellent tile trim. Color was perfect for our silver travertine tile. Size is perfect - we found some 1/2" tall (too small) and some 1" tall (way to big) - this 3/4" tall trim was perfect. Would recommend.

A super great start - then all the lights went out and zero communication or follow up - only after heavy investigation and ‘encouragements’ the company engaged and initiated a replacement shipment - which has been received 3 weeks late - and no word on the original shipment ( it might still sit next to Joe on the forklift). All around great experience- will use again with a better shipment arrangement! Thank you
