They had a hard to find trim tile we needed. Price was fair, shipping was fast & on time! Out of 140 pcs 11 were broken. It took a few emails but I was able to get the 11 pieces replaced. Overall I would buy from American Tile Depot again! :-)

Exactly what we wanted and arrived quickly.

Good tile and good service.

Loved and ordered Durango Cream Travertine.

Perfect, just perfect!

Fast shipping and no broken tiles.

A great design that saves time while providing a custom niche look. Our clients are very pleased.

I accidentally ordered tumbled instead of honed, and the color was too light.

Works well in any upscale design.

We were hesitant to buy tile online, but it arrived quickly, well-packaged, and looks gorgeousexactly as shown. The price was also better than other options.

The service was helpful and fast.

I purchased a Thassos White Marble bullnose trim. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The trim is of the highest quality.

They exceeded my expectations! When I ordered a replacement switch plate for my bathroom, they asked if I wanted the same polished finish as my previous order. It never occurred to me that I had mistakenly ordered the honed finish. That’s customer service at its finest

This is my second order. Every time, it arrives quickly and is packed well with no broken pieces.

Beautiful product! Thank you!

Perfect on my travertine backsplash!!!!

I was nervous about shipping, but items were packed well. A few mosaic borders were missing parts, but I fixed it with scraps.

The border is lovely and the delivery was very fast. Thank you.

The shipping is high but guaranteed. We had some with chips but were usable. They promptly gave us a partial refund. Very satisfied with the product.

Packaged the best of anyone! Haven't used it yet. In a few weeks from now.
