Very happy with the looks of the tile on its arrival. I will be happier when our project is finished!! :+) Joyce

Good

Customer service excellent

Tile received as ordered and delivered timely.

I ordered tiles for my new bathroom and American Tile was very easy to work with and they answered all my questions about the tiles. The tiles were delivered to my house in less than a week. I highly recommend American Tile.

Delivery was so smooth. Communication was very good. Tile is amazing (and heavy 😊)

The tile was an exact match

I would recommend American Tile Depot very highly. Denise M.

These look beautiful!

1. Took 2 weeks 2. Sent the wrong sample.

Very prompt! Beautiful

Items arrived as described. Easy to order and fast delivery.

I've been buying natural travertine outlet covers to better match our stone backsplash. I love the quality. Beware that they are delicate! I've also bought plastic screws for installing them and would recommend using a manual screwdriver. While they are beautiful, they break easily.

The material was well packed and arrived undamaged. It was a good option for a tile shower curb replacement.

My first order was damaged and I understand that happens occasionally. Customer support was very professional and excellent. Awaiting my replacement order now.

Tile arrived on time and undamaged match perfectly

Received a rapid response, appreciated!

Great packaging and shipping nothing was broken!

The picture doesn't do it justice. Excellent packaging and shipping thank you!

The quality is great, but god forbid there is an issue. I received 1 broken item and I had to exchange items I no longer needed for things I did. I returned all items, I never received credit for them and ended up having to pay for these things twice. Once i found the tracking information, and it showed they had received it. I was told that it was past there return date so I would receive no credit. The company was not helpful. So make sure you keep all records, receipts, and tracking numbers.
