Ordered the product. Didn’t receive or ship on time as they had promised then they charged a restocking fee for a product that had never shipped and I never received . With that business practice I wonder how many other people they’ve done that too. You can make money just by charging and then crediting partial back you don’t even need any product. At least we were able to buy the product locally after we found out they were unable to deliver on time if at all.

The customer service has been pretty poor. It feels unprofessional and the lady I’ve gotten on the phone/email hasn’t shown any interesting in helping or meeting any request asked. She seems bothered I would even ask. Isn’t this your job? I’m confused. SO BAD! There was ZERO enthusiasm from the representative at the Anaheim store (I think it’s the same lady). I can’t even believe she is employed to be honest. She seems extremely unhappy and she told me the place was understaffed. IT SHOWS! Also, the shipping timeframe wasn’t met. When I finally got the item after calling a couple of times to see when my item would ship, it arrived over 2 weeks past my order date. When I finally got the item it was the wrong tile and it was broken. I called and was told I needed to start an email. I asked if there was any way my issue could be prioritized since I’d had such a poor experience and the lady (same person) said she couldn’t. I had to follow up from my first email the following week to confirm they were going to rectify it. The item finally arrived. To be honest, I like the tile but what will be my experience if I place a massive order? I’m not sure I want to. Not worth it to me! Most likely lost my business.

I purchased 4 marble outlet covers from here and when I pulled out the first one it was cracked and completely crumpled in my hand. The quality is terrible. For a $20 outlet cover I expected much more. When I went to ask for a replacement after emailing I never heard back from customer service. I then called the number and was met with one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. The only thing worse than the product itself that American Tile Depot sold me was the customer service that received. The operator on the other line was not helpful, didn’t care about my issue or the inconvenience. A apology at the least would’ve been appreciated. Put your money and time towards another provider who sells legit products and has a proper customer service team.

Only ordered samples but their service was speedy and packed carefully. Nice travertine liner quality.

Website does not show thickness of the tile. So I could not use tiles that I bought. Also I cannot return tile, because the company does not pay for shipping back to a company.

The travertine light switch covers are lovely. Shipping was fast and they were packed well.
