I ordered tiles for my new bathroom and American Tile was very easy to work with and they answered all my questions about the tiles. The tiles were delivered to my house in less than a week. I highly recommend American Tile.

The tile sent was not what was in the description. When I tried to call and clear things up, all there was on the customer service line was marketing for other nonsense unrelated to tile. I have no use for this company.

I've been buying natural travertine outlet covers to better match our stone backsplash. I love the quality. Beware that they are delicate! I've also bought plastic screws for installing them and would recommend using a manual screwdriver. While they are beautiful, they break easily.

The material was well packed and arrived undamaged. It was a good option for a tile shower curb replacement.

My first order was damaged and I understand that happens occasionally. Customer support was very professional and excellent. Awaiting my replacement order now.

The quality is great, but god forbid there is an issue. I received 1 broken item and I had to exchange items I no longer needed for things I did. I returned all items, I never received credit for them and ended up having to pay for these things twice. Once i found the tracking information, and it showed they had received it. I was told that it was past there return date so I would receive no credit. The company was not helpful. So make sure you keep all records, receipts, and tracking numbers.

They had a hard to find trim tile we needed. Price was fair, shipping was fast & on time! Out of 140 pcs 11 were broken. It took a few emails but I was able to get the 11 pieces replaced. Overall I would buy from American Tile Depot again! :-)
