Awesome customer service and fast delivery!

I purchased 4 marble outlet covers from here and when I pulled out the first one it was cracked and completely crumpled in my hand. The quality is terrible. For a $20 outlet cover I expected much more. When I went to ask for a replacement after emailing I never heard back from customer service. I then called the number and was met with one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered. The only thing worse than the product itself that American Tile Depot sold me was the customer service that received. The operator on the other line was not helpful, didn’t care about my issue or the inconvenience. A apology at the least would’ve been appreciated. Put your money and time towards another provider who sells legit products and has a proper customer service team.

Only ordered samples but their service was speedy and packed carefully. Nice travertine liner quality.

Website does not show thickness of the tile. So I could not use tiles that I bought. Also I cannot return tile, because the company does not pay for shipping back to a company.

Tile received as ordered and delivered timely.

I ordered tiles for my new bathroom and American Tile was very easy to work with and they answered all my questions about the tiles. The tiles were delivered to my house in less than a week. I highly recommend American Tile.
