Charlie was excellent and assisted me with my firmware upgrade.

All was working fine with my almost 2 year old NV4108E system but today found my local HDMI monitor blank. Tried reboot on NVR and monitor, switched various known-good monitors, cables but still no output from the HDMI port. Contacted tech support - Charlie- we tried various things. Finally, despite a really bad phone connection, Charlie suggested we go into WEB ACESS on my PC and lowered the display resolution to 1280x1024 and initiate a reboot. The local monitor came back to life!! So if you have a similar issue, try a lower resolution on your connected HDMI monitor- it worked for me.
