zara is very kind and patient she is helping the old generation and i am not a computer guy and i really really appreciate it what she did for me. I was calling amcrest support for more than 6 months but no body was helping me like zara, thank you for helping me patiently other just did suggestions only and couldn't figure out more than 6 month viewing my outside camera. but i really thank zara for her patience. Because of her help i am going to buy more cameras and recommend for my family members and my friends. You need more people like zara in the future and thank you.
