Becky Did an awesome job getting my new PTZ cameras onto my NVR. Had to escalate to senior tech and she got back quickly and worked all issues.

Excellent, figured it out since I could not get camera recording to work.

Gary"s assistance was top notch! He downloaded updated firmware for 1 of my cameras which wouldn't populate on my 9 camera list. Extracted the needed file from a zipped file and fixed my issue. All is good now!

Zara : I spoke to Zara and explained my problem. She was very polite and patient as I tried to explain. She then looked at my system and modified the setting to alleviate the Problem. I presently use 11 Amcrest cameras purchased over a period of 8 years. I am in the process of replacing them as that get older. I will continue to purchase from Amcrest due to great persons like Zara. Many thanks
