Today I am very lucky to get Tony's support. After we bought the cameras, we never setup one successfully. We spent too much time with technical support, never went through. Today I had everything ready to setup. A lady technician spent long time and said my ethernet cable is bad. After I test my cable again, the cable no problems. I tried one more time for the tech support and met Tony. He helped to setup my camera and cloud monitoring. All have done in one day. Thanks Tony. You saved my money to buy new cameras.
I just do not know how I can appreciate Tony made our cameras work!!! Before he picked up my call, nobody could make my cameras work. I was so frustrated working those technicians. They thought my Ethernet cable was bad. I have 5 same kinds cameras. I prepared to throw them out. I decided to try one more person. I was right -- Tony did lots of things and made my camera work. He saved my money. I deeply appreciate Tony's effort.

Gary helped me out with technical support. Stayed very calm and very patient. I had an old computer with loading problems and he helped me out for over 1 hour. Customer Service was excellent.
Zara was extremely helpful & patient until we fixed the issue so video could be seen when away from WIFI! Deserves a raise! very kind & courteous.
I had an issue with my Amcrest security camera playback mode and Charlie helped me and knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in about 5 minutes time. He showed amazing knowledge of the product and nailed it, he was spot on! Highly recommend.
I have 4 Amcrest Pro cameras that worked fine, but one kept going offline. Gary was the tech who helped trouble shoot this problem, which appears to come from my Internet provider causing changes to the IP address periodically. Thank you Gary for a job well done!
