Laura from Amcrest tech support was very helpful and knowledgeable in resolving the issue. Even though she did her best it looks to me the AmcrestView Pro 2 app it is not working as it should be. Amcrest needs to upgrade or enhance the app in order to work faster and more reliable. Hopefully someone will take m comment seriously and start to work on it. There is same app called DMSS which is basically copy past of Amcrest View Pro 2 and it looks Amcrest just changed the app name.
