I have been building a video system with amcrest customer support technical department. Every time I call with questions they are amazing. My last call 2 days ago was with Charlie k, he was patient with my questions and guiding me to the best components to fit my application. Charlie K and all of the other people I have spoken to on the phone have been polite, patient, and knowledgeable. Customer support means everything to customers. I am so glad I went with Amcrest systems.

I just finished an addition on our home and pulled new network cables during the construction process. I ordered new security cameras this week and tried getting them online using the Amcrest Pro app but had no luck. Tony spent an hour troubleshooting possible issues and it appears that somehow the new network cables were damaged. Even though placed 2 cables for each camera in the Unlikely chance one cable might be damaged, it appears that neither cable is functional. This new addition with network cables buried in a foot of sprayfoam insulation, Thanks to Tony, I now know what the problem is and am trying to figure out a way to run new cables ;-(

Tony was amazing, my cameras were not connecting to my NVR, within 20min he fixed it all, renamed and reorganized everything for me, thank you

Gary, is very knowledgeable and resolved my issue quickly. His vast knowledge of the Amcrest product set made my experience very satisfying. It turned out that the version of my NVR does not support the Web UI access via Mac OS (only Windows). As an alternative Gary guided me through the process of connecting to my NVR via my TV. Gary's help was exceptional. He went above and beyond to addres all of my questions and concerns. Outstanding job Gary. Customer service was excellent. I'm happy that I was able to get in touch with Gary.

Christine. J I had been having broad network issues since our internet provider changed out our modem. When the modem was switched, i lost all communication on my surveillance. i tried lots of approaches, but none solved the connection issue. t Today i decided to contact Amcrest for expert help. Christine spend more than 2 hours troubleshooting my system to resolve the problem. It was clear that she was used to using Microsoft products, but I have all Mac based equipment. Getting things to work on my Mac systems took a bit more time, but in the end worked. Christine was very patient with my many questions. Two thumbs up for that. Problems solved plus i bought some new equipment!
Gary A. provided outstanding customer service. He assisted me with software issues on 2 computers and resolved both to my satisfaction.
Gary A helped me when I replaced my network router and my NVR couldn't connect. He walked me through a bunch of steps and it ended up being my new network switch was blocking the NVR from obtaining an IP address.
