I called a couple times on this issue, they tried to call me back which was great, when we finally connected it took a little bit but we were able to see the camera and then set up the email alerts. The first tech wasn't helpful kept asking the same think but once this on got on the line, Bingo, everything was able to be completed and working as expected. Amcrest is great as this camera is older.
