Setting Up NWT ASH21-B-V2
I had difficulty setting this camera up using Amcrest Pro View. I could not get passed the serial number portion of the setup sequence. I called support and spoke to Zara! She was OUTSTANDING. Within a very few minutes I had my camera up and running and connected to Amcrest Pro View. I did not know this model camera required another Amcrest app to get setup but once I downloaded Amcrest Home, set the camera up, and then connected it to Amcrest Pro View, all worked as it should. THANK FOR YOUR OUTSTANDING HELP AND EXPERT KNOWLEDGE ZARA. You made my day!!

Amcrest Camera support
Zara M , Thank you for the excellent support of my Amcrest camera, I can now view and control the rotation and tilt and as a bonus I now get email alerts of motion detect along with a few snap shots. Great Job!!

NV4108E-HS web interface stopped working
Zara. Troubleshooting an NV4108E-HS that suddenly stopped working from the web interface. I have been warned not to use Surveillance Pro because it was terrible software, but apparently installing an older version is now the only way to access the NV4108E-HS. Surveillance Pro was obviously built for much older computers as the interface is tiny and almost impossible to see, and many portions are covered up. Im unhappy this was the only solution but the agent was helpful and honest about its limitations, so I give credit to her. Now, Amcrest needs to address its software and bring it up to date. Thank you for the help.
