TINA S: Great product support to get camera up and running on my laptop. I was able to resolve my issues and the camera is now functioning properly as it should. Wait time was very minimal and the agent was extremely patient with my detailed requests for an extended period of time which was very refreshing. As always, Amcrest was able to successfully support me in any issues that were needed. Great product. Very affordable, simplistic. Does the job sufficiently for it's intended use.
