The ease of setup is definitely a plus. The AI tracking is also a major plus along with having two cameras in one setup. Great Cams with great video.

What amCress needs to do is to make one app for all their cameras and stop making new cameras with new apps. It’s frustrating now I have three apps for the amCress cameras makes no sense.

We've had Amcrest cameras for a while now and sometimes we would have connection issues, although very rarely. However, whenever we called, we would always be able to speak to someone quickly and they are always helpful. This time we spoke to Tony who helped figure out that we just needed to download their newest app to make it work. Thanks Tony for the quick solution.
