Was sent a tankard that isn't even sealed on the bottom, liquid just leaks out, emailed you guys 4 times with no response, won't be doing business with you guys ever again

Delivery was quick and the items arrived safe and sound. Can't wait to gift my husband his ale horn and mead. It's going to be a very Viking Christmas.

Definitely pleasantly surprised with the quality of the products as well as the follow up and customer service to make sure we knew how to treat the products to make sure we had them to enjoy for many years.

I ordered 2 large drinking tankards and 2 XL hot coffee mugs that were to be engraved. I received 2 large drinking tankards for cold beverages (according to literature sent in shipment) and they were engraved. No hot mugs included, but invoice said they should have been. I wrote to customer service and they responded asking for pictures. I sent pics of everything received, clearly showing the invoice and that only 2 tankards were packed in box and sent pic of literature received as well. They apologized and said they would correct. A week later, I hadn't heard anything further, so called customer service and left a msg. They replied and apologized again and said they would resend the order and don't worry about returning the 2 incorrect tankards received. 2nd box arrives and again, only contains 2 engraved tankards that match the first 2 I received! Invoice again says that 2 tankards and 2 hot liquid mugs should be enclosed. At least I finally have 4 tankards, even though all are for cold drinks!! Very disappointed and I'm done.

Shipped me the wrong size Alehorn, now I have to drive 20 miles each way to return it back to you? Not my mistake but have to pay for it in fuel costs as well as having to wait another month to receive the correct one. Not very good customer service. Bought 3 Alehorns one for myself and the others as gifts that I cannot give because I have to return and wait for the correct one.

I purchase two ale horns. Had them engraveded. The whole transaction was flawless. Easy to order and received horns just as ordered two thumbs up

The coffee “ashes of my enemies” is great. Smooth yet smoky. The shot horn is on point. This was my 3rd purchase from alehorn as I have purchased two other alehorn mugs. Will definitely keep buying these products!
