I ordered an Alehorn for my son-in-law who is in the military. The product was disappointing. The Alehorn looked like it was made out of plastic, thin and practically see through. It did not look at all like the advertisement. I won't be a repeat customer.

Not received… tried to correct input data/address, “Nothing we can do”

We received the wrong wedding Horns for our wedding. I've tried emailing several times with no response.

Ordered the 4 pack of natural and they were polished, still great just a little disappointed they were polished but I still use them. If yal ever get any truly natural outside I would love some when and if they are available! Viking Dave!

I have gotten an ale tankard from y'all before, and just absolutely LOVE it. So much so, that I HAD to get another, which came with a "surprise" mini ale horse shot glass, which I ALSO absolutely LOVE! Y'all's products are AMAZING and I undoubtedly WILL be ordering more at some point!

Love the quality of the alehorns

The ale horns I received are exquisite. Love doing business with Ale Horn. I have one concern. Two emails I received indicated there were attachments or links, one for a tracking number and one for a discount for custom engraving. I could find no such links within the email. Not sure what the issue is but it needs to be addressed. So when you say you would offered me a discount for future custom engraved horns, I could see no such link or attachment.

My experience here has been very good even with the small hiccup but it was corrected quickly and I am looking for to doing further business. I received two beautiful xl 20 inch polished drinking horns with stands and I look forward to getting more products from your store.

I find my AleHorn to have many artistic elements of interest. With its variation in colour, diagonal lines creating visual movement, texture, and overall unique form, it is indeed a natural beauty! The polished outer surface and clean resin-like inner surface and base were also prepared with a professional level of skill and care.

The mugs look great, they are all uniquely coloured, and the craftsmanship seems solid. They do have a bit of a smell, but they pre-warned us about that, with ways to get rid of it. The shipping time is my only complaint. For an added $75, more than the cost of a mug, I don't expect my order to sit idle for almost 3 weeks. Once I contacted Alehorn about the shipping problem however, the mugs arrived within a few days. Looking forward to giving them to my groomsmen.
