Took 4 months to receive my order and no response from emails

Order number 74194 was shipped out but the address was wrong and it got sent back. I have asked 4-5 times about my order and still have not received a reply from you. This is very disappointing

I haven't heard anything about my order that got sent back because of an address error that I have sent several inquiries about. It was supposed to be a gift for a friend and as far as I know she still hasn't gotten it. Nor have you responded to me

Contacted company 5 times about my order and no one got back to me. My engraving wasn't what I asked for. Definitely disappointing. Bought 2 in the past had good success. Not sure what happened this time around but once again super disappointing.

The horn mug is pretty impressive. Mostly black with streaks of white, it really has an impressive look.

I ordered a custom engraved ale horn for my buddies military retirement. I figured an engraving of a flag was fitting was fitting and chose gold fill for the engraving color. I was so excited to give it to him until I opened the box. The engraving looks like a child did it and the gold coloring I smeared all over the horn. Looks nothing similar to what I ordered. I have yet to give it to him because it is such an embarrassing gift to give for such a memorable moment. I emailed Alehorn about my order and never heard anything back. The website says no refund or swap for custom products so it looks like I'm dead in the water. What a shamefull product to come around such a "recommended" site. I would love to hear what could be done to make it right but it's been a month since the order and still haven't heard a peep from this company. Do yourself a favor and order a plain horn and engrave it yourself. What a shame....

I received my order. Both items look great, but the large drinking horn tumbler has an extremely strong smell. I hate to say it, but like a rotten cow smell. I have purchased other drinking horns and all have been steamed and sealed. This was my first Ale Horn purchase. Been attempting to get in touch with them for two weeks. Zero response

It was an easy process and fast. Thw only thing I didn't like was I couldn't track my package.
