I got mine about a week ago and love it. Light weight looks killer. Already put in for a 2nd order.

The drinking horn with stand was purchased as a 50th birthday present for a friend. The horn is amazing the only problem is now I want one! Since he hasn’t received it yet, he might be getting a new pair of socks! Just saying!

I reached out multiple times and got no response back regarding a product defect. The Hot coffee horn I received had tons of epoxy bubbles on the inside of the cup and made the cup unusable. I attempted to reach out to request a replacement, but no answer was made to me and customer service is non-existent. I do not recommend buying from this company and am very upset with the service received.

The first cup was amazing, but never received my mystery package I paid for. I bought another cup and blowing horn, and haven't received an update an a while. It's been in transit for almost a week. The podcut is a 10 outta 10 but I spent more and still haven't heard anything about my order in days.

An Alehorn mug I was given as a gift began leaking in less than a month. I tried to contact support at least 4 times. Once through the website and 3 times through email about the best way to fix my issue. I even offered to pay for the repair as it was a gift. Before I noticed the leak I already ordered more mugs to give out. Due to the leak and complete lack of any response of any kind from Alehorn I am unwilling to hand them out as intended and can no longer recommend Alehorn to anyone. I wish I could as I love the product but as it currently stands I cannot.

The item arrived very quickly. It was engraved just as I ordered. Great to enjoy my ale in.

Fit and finish of the cups are excellent and they don't reek of glue. Overall I'm very pleased with the quality

Shall I start with the broken tankard? Or maybe the 3-4 emails that you ignored? Maybe with the 2x that I tried to get customer support on your webpage chat? Or how about the 3 calls I placed? Maybe the FaceBook messenger attempts at resolving the issue. None of that was effective until I started telling people with similar experiences how to mitigate the cost that they suffered in broken products by cancelling their charges with their credit card companies. This organization is a freakin joke. Will not recommend.
