I got this Drinking horn right on time without a long wait time. It came packed very securely and well protected, wrapped in a velvet bag.

The order process was easy, they keep you updated on any status changes. Delivery was quick. Thank you so much. Though it was a holiday gift for the love, I caved and gave it to him early. He was over the moon excited.

These cups are going to be Christmas gifts. Each year I try to buy my nephews different kinds of cups to enjoy their beverages.

Everything was perfect
Everything came packed carefully, the horns are beautiful, the tumblers are perfect for our granddaughter so she can feel part of the Clan :) We are excited to try the mead. Very impressed with everything.

Pretty disappointed.
Order a couple 16oz tankards. They were too small for my hand. Took way too emails to get a response about a return. Ordered a couple 32oz tankards to replace the16oz ones. One 32oz arrived in pieces with a giant hole in the bottom. Other had a chip that would most likely cut a lip or two when drinking. By this point I finally got responses about my initial return and also about the damaged items. They sent replacements for the damaged before talking to me, which was frustrating because after seeing the broken 32oz tankards i wanted to just refund those and order goat horns with the wooden base. But now I gotta either just keep the replacement tankards, which I might do simply because I’m tired of dealing with it, or go through the process again after they arrive. Also, still have not gotten a shipping slip for my original order that was too small for my hand. So much for the “risk free” return policy. But I have gotten about 100 promotional emails over the three weeks this has been dragging out. All in all, this has by and far not been worth the hassle.
