My experience with Aera hone has been for the most part a positive experience. The scent offering is outstanding and continues to grow each time I check and see what’s available. I’ve yet to be disappointed in this area. My only thing I would question is the actual quality of the diffusers themselves. They can be finicky to run and I have had to return one altogether. Not an issue though, because the customer service was outstanding and helped me each time.
