The reason for the 4 is it is pretty pricey and the canisters do not last very long. Love the scents also wish it covered a whole room. My front room is about 256 sq ft and I think it could be a little stronger.

I purchased Aera diffuser and fragrances and am obsessed with them. They are amazing, so refreshing and the most of all they can be controlled via app where you can turn them off or on remotely even if you are out of town. The best thing I can have.

I’m very disappointed with the update of the GOOD RIDDANCE/ PET ODOR. I tried different scents since I go my 2 AERA diffusers. My favorite was the Good Riddance PET ODOR. My living room smells clean and fresh. Very pleasant scent. That was the only one was making me to come back and order more. I also alternate with the AROMATECH diffuser. On my last subscription shipment I notice it was out of stock and I contacted customer service. They informed me that was replaced to Alpine Cedar and was the same scent with a different brand. First, my 2 AERA devices can’t recognize the scent in the app and let me know how much I have left; second, the scent is not the same as I was told and I have to use the settings intensity in level 8 in the beginning when the cartridge was full and after a week had to adjust to 10. The previous one I never needed to go above 8 because it was doing its job till finish. This one is not the same scent, doesn’t have the same effect and doesn’t last long as the GOOD RIDDANCE/ PET ODOR. The person who told me it was the same was not correct. Why you had to change the formula and rebrand one of your top sellers? You need to evaluate that scent and bring back the original one.
