My current machine stopped working on the app and so I reached out to customer service and they gave me a warranty replacement since my machine no longer was compatible with their app. It was smooth process. I received my new machine very quickly, and I was able to keep my current machine and just use it manually. Highly recommend excellent customer service. Decided the side of the head just laying and I’ll switch to the other side and see if he moves.
