I love your products, customer service but I wish you were priced a little more reasonably.

The items we ordered always arrived on time. Just not sure why the price paid was included in the box. If this was a gift it would not have been ideal.

Once I reached customer service they were very helpful and took care of issue quickly. I found it a little difficult to set up the diffusers. The app has issues with me accessing to change diffuser schedules which is frustrating.
