Overall was able to resolve issues but it took multiple attempts on my part. Customer service wasn’t as responsive as I’d hoped but in the end they did resolve my issues. I do wish you would switch up the samples that you provide. I’d love to try something new but I’ve been given the same sample set 4 times.
