In general, Aera customer service has been stellar. I usually give 5 stars. However, getting the rewards points for submitting reviews that Aera requests from me has been like pulling teeth. Thus, the 4 star rating.

Problem got resolved eventually although it took some time and a few more phone calls than I expected. But overall happy.

Perfect. Absolutely love the diffuser and the array of scents. We have 4 in our house.
