Shipping took a little long, but to be expected when they build it as you order it and color match it and ship it. They did give me a time it would arrive and they were dead on with the time and day. I would definitely recommend this if someone’s wanting a tour pack don’t go through Harley unless you plan on paying an additional $1000 for the same quality

Customer Service needs to improve. 1. It is very difficult to get an update on an in process order. 2. You shipped my order incomplete with no explanation, no informing me at all. I had to find out why by eventually getting someone through the chat to tell me that my bag lids & tank cover had to be repainted. There goes the whole “painting everything in the same run”. (3) No notification that the order shipped. (4) I ordered a full body color swap. I forgot to add the bag hardware. Thought I had it but overlooked. No one at Advan thinks to say “Hey, you ordered everything but…. Do you need it?” Just a small touch of personal service would be nice.
