Product does not fit with after market pipes

I believe you are sending me a new latch in the mail so I was told.

The shipping was fast, customer service was outstanding. I had a small issue nothing major talked to a representative on the phone no questions asked, 2 days later I had what I needed. If you aren't good at wiring, de-pinning and re-pinning the headlight and turn signals get good or find someone. That's l the hardest part. Looks good doesn't provide as much wind protection as my Memphis shades but looks better.

I am not happy with the quality, the bags and the hardware does not go together well, I had my local harley dealer put them together and they do not lock well at all. Also the rear lights keep throwing up a code and we have called multiple times to your customer service with no resolution. They used the relay you provided and theyt still do not work. I would like a call on this.

This my second tour pack from Advanblack, the previous pack was back in 21/22 timeframe. Everything arrived ahead of the scheduled 6-8 week delivery time (somewhere around 4 weeks). Color match is perfect, all components were packed and I really like the way the liner is now - fit much better than my last one. The only issue I had was bolting the mounting bracket to the bottom of the pack. The hole spacing on the bracket were a good half inch wider than the holes on the pack itself (the only thing that stopped me from giving you a 5 star review). Other than having to adjust the holes on the pack everything else is good.

Recently purchased a tour pack through their website. The process was easy and the product shipped when they projected it would. I had a small tear in the liner upon receiving. Contacted them and the customer service was fast to respond and make things right. I highly recommend Advanblack, color match was perfect and customer service is top tier.

I went through all the pieces to polish them before installing and there was not one piece with a paint flaw. Advanblack quality is the best they really have the best quality!

Took 2 months but not bad for coming out of China from prep and paint. Color is dead on. Love it!!!

Started seeing Advanblack products popping up in my feed so I checked out their site. Was impressed by the product / pricing. Saw they were going to be in Daytona for Bike Week so we visited them while their. My wife ordered engine / saddlebag guards for her Road Glide and I ordered paint matched mid frame wind deflectors, 4. 5" stretched bags and rear fender extension for my Road Glide. Parts showed up and they looked great. Fit was perfect and everything was easily installed. I just ordered the 19" carbon fiber front fender for my bike today. Great company!!!

Order came during the time frame they said. It was shipped in a sturdy package. Color match was perfect and all hardware was packaged. Only wish they had an option for black hardware to match black accessories.
