service is great when I deal with Advanblack. shipping was fast on items that they have on site. color matched items take a little bit but still faster than old days of ordering specialized parts from anyone taking about 3 months to get. . my color matched items took just a little longer than 4 weeks but i knew while ordering it could be a bit due to not many bikes in my color fxlrs wise. they do a great job and make some killer products

Took 3 months for me to get my order. It had scratches. Customs ripped through the box. They didn’t put anything back into its original wrapping. I did not order from advanblack thinking that I was gonna wait. Three months to get something from China.

I love the look of the guards and they are very well made. Service was good I received my order in a good time frame. I also liked the packaging. It was really good.

Items took about 4 weeks to ship to the U. K. didn’t have any updates on shipping until the item was 48hrs away. Shipping updates could be improved.

The saddle bag lids were of high quality, they installed pretty easy and the video instructions were great. These are a good product. Couldn’t do 5 stars because the paint match isn’t exactly the same. There is a pin stripe missing. I still love them though.

The holeshot bags look amazing. I ran into a problem with installation I wanted to talk with Advan Black about, but they don't return my call. My call to service was forwarded to voicemail, and no callback. I've bought many things from Advan Black and have always loved their service up until now. Not going to give up though.
