I had to contact 4INKJETS a few times on the phone and the customer service rep was always friendly and helpful. I will order from them again.

I have been a happy customer of 4inkjets for many years. Recently, I replaced the near-empty 4inkjets Yellow toner with a new 4inkjets Yellow toner on my Samsung C480FW printer, but I got a message "Not compatible Yellow toner". I emailed 4inkjets and they told me how to "hard reset" the printer but the problem with "Not compatible toner" was still there, however this time it complaint about the Cyan and Magenta toners not compatible. I again contacted 4inkjets and they sent me a new Yellow toner. I installed the new Yellow toner but the problem with "Not compatible Cyan and Magenta toner" are still there. I contacted 4inkjets again and to my surprised 4inkjets (Kristel) decided to send me new Cyan and Magenta toners because they said they were 100% behind their products. I am still awaiting for the new Cyan and Magenta toners, but so far I am very happy with the service of 4inkjets who is really behind their products.

Cartridge set was guaranteed. Cyan didn't work and prevented the whole printer from working. I was able to get a refund for the Cyan, but I wasn't able to get a refund for the whole set. Disappointing.

I purchased a set of laser toner cartridges for a Canon printerin January. They worked great for about 3 months then they stopped working. 4ink jets replaced them all with no hesitation. The new ones work perfectly. Thank you
