I was pleased with the selection but somewhat surprised in the delivery. I was not in quite an emergency mode but was amazed in the route my package took to get here. I shall remember that when I need to place my next order. Do it before I am on my last set of ink. Customer service was thorough in determining steps for me to take first which ended up having to send a replacement cartridge after steps prior did not resolve issue.
