I wish the print was darker but it is OK

I love ordering from your company! I've been buying your ink cartridges for years and have never had a problem. You purchase back my excess cartridges, which is great in this age when cheap printers break down, and new styles of cartridges are needed for new printers. Jinky was wonderful and very helpful.

When I called and told the representative that my inkjets ink cartridges no longer work, thanks to an Epson firmware update, she offered to send me updated replacement cartridges for free. Can't ask for better customer service than that.

Cost is fantastic, ink is superb, shipping was rapid. I am sold forever.

Print quality is just as good as the HP cartridges. Shipping was okay. Never received a confirmation email on order, so I had no idea it shipped in the first place.
