I was under the impression these were NEW HP cartridges. They were not. Sorry will not order again. But do work with my HP printer.

4inkjets backs its cartridges. I replaced a cartridge that was probably a year old in my Epson printer. I got a message saying the cartridge was not recognized. I called 4inkjets and the representative had me try several procedures that didn't help. I put in a newer cartridge in and it worked fine. I was told Epson probably changed something in the configuration of the newer cartridge. 4inkjets replaced the cartridge at no cost for both the cartridge and the postage.
