Ordered my instasmiles and my casting kit came, bottom impression passed 1st time but the top took 8 attempts before passing , fast forward and my teeth came and would not fit whatever way i tried they were not even close to fiiting me, they were also extremely white but i Ordered a different shade and looked very large, the quality seemed poor almost like a joke shop toy the actual case they came in looked more expensive, anyways i asked for a refund and followed the instruction and uploaded video proof that they would not fit and they agreed to refund me minus the admin charge of £130 (expensive i know but its in the terms,) all this took nearly 2 months before i got my instasmiles. postive were that the customer service persons were ok to deal with for me but dissapointed to say it didnt work for me.

Instasmile took my full pasayment, said my teeth didn't fit "their profile" even though, according to their smile assessment and plenty of other review photos, I did. I have all of my teeth, literally all of them, and yet the company continued to not give me any actual proof as to why I wouldn't fit the smile profile, no formal assessment, just a one line response. Refuned just over half of my $500+ dollars, tried to refund none of it originally. I would HIGHLY recommend going with a different company. This company has predatory return practices and can determine your refund amount on their own, just read through their own Terms and Conditions page REALLY CAREFULLY. Never have a dealt with such a disrespectful and dishonest company not willing to help a paying customer. It's mind-blowing. And Instasmile, don't even try with some ridiculous response unless you're actually going to right your wrong. Refund ALL of my money or create my veneers. It should be as simple as that. But I'll be expecting some generic reply to this below without any action. Edit: My 'suitability" was just "denied" by Debbie, who is a Customer Service Manager? I was given a one-line response that wasn't in line with your own suitability guidelines on your own website. I was expecting and asked for a detailed response from a technician. Actually, the response originally from the technician was that my time period had lapsed and that I would have to purchase them again. Now why would I be told to purchase them again from the person who reviewed my impressions and images? Wouldn't I be told right off the bat that I wasn't eligible, instead of being told to buy the product again? Also, I responded to all company emails, welcome call, etc. and made more calls to the company that "couldn't be found". So, again, everything was followed and oddly, one of your many competitors are now making my veneers with no problems. Odd.

Great communication as I needed to retake mould, I was second time lucky. My Intersmile veneers came in around 4 weeks. Really pleased with the veneers and my Hollywood Smile, I feel like a new man. I would recommend if you would like a better smile.

I originally got my Instasmile lower veneers two years ago and except for wear and tear they are fantastic however I recently ordered a second pair made from my first impression and this one fell apart within weeks after I received it. I contacted the manufacturer and they said that this is from the original impression and there is no defect. I WAS EATING A GUMMY CANDY AND THEY LITERALLY RIPPED!!! Not happy this time

I had 4 teeth break in an incident. There's no way I could afford the teeth to be rebuilt at this time but I wanted my dignity, comfort and confidence etc. Hiding a once big smile was embarrassing. Last week I had someone say I had a radiant smile wearing these. They have a serious fitting process but, that means in 2 minutes of receiving them, I was wearing them undetected.

Hi World of interested humans…🤔 This is my Midway review to be continued…. I’m still saving up for some Turkey Teeth later in the year !! Then I saw my friends new smile that she had got through Instasmile and she looked amazing, said they were comfy and could eat with them, so instantly I placed an order through Instasmile myself , until my real veneers can be afforded! 🥰 … So far, I have had instant support- Kit arrived within 48 hrs, Rested on my elbows and pressed down deeply as required in the distructions (Instructions)😂… …This is imperative to do to get a deep mould that they’re looking for, (this could be explained slightly better)>. . 🤔 … My only possible constructive criticism (Apart from giving clearer instructions for the correct impressions depth required) …That I can possibly offer so far is that did struggle to get the huge moulds into my little mouth… hmm. 🙄 …However by following these instructions and referring to the pictures of the completed moulds. . (that shows the depth that’s needed) …My impressions passed 1st time!👌 I’ve returned the moulds easily via the local Post office and have already been informed that my veneers will be ready by 01st Feb.
